The water quality sampler is composed of four parts; the first is microcomputer controller for automatic water sampling; the second is water sample buffer A and B mixing barrels, and the sample supply pipeline; the third is automatic reserved water sample bottle filling mechanism; the fourth is the constant temperature device compressor and refrigerator.

1: Microcomputer controller for automatic water sample collection: receives the communication, analog and switch signals from keyboard and outside, and controls all actions of sampling, sample supply and sample retention of the instrument;

2: Water sample buffer A and B mixing barrels: it is used to temporarily store the collected water sample, and determine whether to store the water sample in the bottle according to the over-standard signal after the sample is supplied;

3: Automatic reserved water sample bottle filling mechanism: controlled by the microcomputer controller for automatic water sample collection, it is used to deliver water samples to each water sample retention bottle;

4: Constant temperature device: controlled by automatic water sampling microcomputer controller, the compressor is in the bottom of the instrument to cool the refrigerator.

Synchronous sample retention: synchronous switching value, RS232 communication command triggers sample retention;

Over-standard sample retention : interval: 1~9999 minutes, the retention samples are triggered by the over-standard switching value and 4~20mA current signal;

Trigger sampling: interval: 1 ~ 9999 minutes, judgment delay: 1 ~ 999 minutes, synchronous switching value triggers sample supply, and over-standard switching value triggers sample retention. It can also be triggered by RS232 communication command for sample supply and sample retention;

Timing sampling: Timing: 1~9999 minutes, pre-sampling 200~5000ml, sample supply cycle: 30~9999 minutes, judgment delay: 1~999 minutes, supply samples according to the set mode (passive sample supply, periodic sample supply, odd number sample supply, even number sample supply, fixed point sample supply), over-standard switch value triggers sample retention. It can also be triggered by RS232 communication command for sample supply and sample retention;

Flow quantitative sampling: constant flow: 1~99999m3, pre-sampling 200~5000ml, judgment delay: 1~999 minutes, synchronous switch value triggers sample supply, over-standard switch value triggers sample retention. It can also be triggered by RS232 communication command for sample supply and sample retention;

Single retention sample volume: 1~1000ml;

Accuracy of retention sample: ≤±5%; Accuracy of retention sample in equal proportion: ≤±10%;
